The Fisheye Lens
Our good friend Nic Summers took this shot from the back seat of
the #7 aircraft during
the 2006 Chicago Air & Water Show. Jim Martin was flying the plane as a photo
ship and
for this picture he moved into what we call the "double slot" position.
The forward shaped
wings are an illusion caused by the fisheye lens that Nic was using to get
all aircraft
in the picture.
