Oktoberfest!

Is there any better way to celebrate Oktoberfest than with great German beer and with the
German Air Force? I think not! This shot was taken last October at Holloman AFB in New
Mexico where the Pilot Training Center of the German Air Force just happens to be located.
Who wants to fly in the lousy European weather when you can come to the sunny New Mexico?
 We were actually co-hosted by the 49th Fighter Wing (F-117 Stealth bombers) and the
 German Air Force. From left to right are: John Rippinger, Stan Robinson, Scott Sayre, Colonel
 Peter Klement, Bill Cherwin, Gary Donovan and Ed Hicks. That beer sure tasted good
