LIMA LIMA FLIGHT TEAM 2008 PRICE SCHEDULE - Effective 12-01-2007

Full six airplane air show package includes press kits, media interview, 2 media rides per airplane for two days (total of 24 rides), 25 plus/minus minute performance, static displays, autograph sessions with the public, (with a possible seventh airplane for static display), team announcer with script and music, and one promotional flight per day. This could either be circling the jumpers or a teaser show. (exclusive of press rides.) Within 250 NM of LL-10.

Full Two Day (Sat-Sun) Show with Friday Press Day

$15,000 performance fee, plus ground support requirements (see below.)

One Day (Sat-Sun) Show with Press Day (Fri or Sat)

$10,000* performance fee, plus ground support requirements (see below.)

Night/Twilight Show

Combined with either our one or two day show it's only $1000 additional.

Additional Promotional Days

$3,500* for Thursday. Friday is included in show fee.   Plus ground support requirements (see below.)

Ferry Fee

Beyond 250 NM of our home base of LL-10, add to the performance fee a ferry fee of $4.70  per mile over 500 miles for total round trip. (LL-10 is 30 miles WSW of Chicago.) For example, if your show site is 1,000 NM from Naperville, subtract 500 miles from the 2,000 mile round trip: total = 1,500 miles @ $4.70=$7,050 ferry fee.

Less than full team shows

Four or five airplane shows are available at the rate of $1250 per airplane per day, (within 250 NM of LL-10.  Beyond 250 NM of LL-10 ferry fee applies.) plus smoke oil and fuel on site, plus one double hotel room per airplane and one full- size courtesy car.

Non aerobatics events

Parade flybys, missing man formations, "flat" air shows of limited duration (no static display on ground, no personal involvement of pilots): $500 per airplane within 50 nautical miles of Naper Aero. (LL-10) Add 50 cents per mile per airplane for anything over the first 50 miles. Additional costs are applicable when a ground controller with radio communications is needed for timing purposes.

Deposits

A 20% performance deposit is required at least 30 days prior to show date. Deposit is returned in full if the team fails to appear due to circumstances within their control.

Ground Support Requirements 

Rooms: Eight hotel rooms

Cars: Three full size cars or two mini-vans

Fuel: Approx. 500 gallons total (3 day event)

     1.       Possibly 250 gallons upon arrival

     2.       36 gallons per media sortie (6 gallons per aircraft)

     3.       84 gallons per performance (14 gallons per aircraft)

 Engine oil: 12 quarts of Aeroshell 100W

 Smoke oil: 50 to 75 gallons of Canopis 13, Carnea 13 or equivalent

     1.       20 gallons per performance (3+ gallons per aircraft)

     2.       6 gallons per media sortie (1 gallon per aircraft)

 Hangar: Hangar space for our seven T-34 aircraft will be provided if there is any forecast or threat of convective weather.

Special charges*

There will be additional fees for any air shows preformed outside the US (lower 48 states.)
